These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CrewLogix Manager and CrewLogix Worker mobile applications and associated web services (the "Apps") operated by CrewLogix ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or registering an account within our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Apps.

1. Description of Service

CrewLogix is a workforce scheduling and HR coordination platform consisting of symmetric client endpoints:

CrewLogix Manager — for business owners to construct workspaces, catalog employee skills, auto-generate shift schedules, and approve leave requests.
CrewLogix Worker — for employees to view schedules, submit sick notifications, swap shifts, and log clock times.

2. Account Registration & Security

You must register a profile using email/password or OAuth (Google or Apple sign-in).
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We will never ask you for plain-text passwords.
You must be at least 16 years old to create a profile.
In compliance with global policies, you can delete your profile at any time via the portal.html settings page, which safely purges your credentials from our active directories.

3. Plans and Subscriptions

The Worker client is completely free. The Manager client features a lifetime free tier (1 workspace, 5 workers, basic scheduling/attendance), a Pro Plan ($9.99/month) for unlimited workers/workspaces, kiosk terminal, and basic assets/maintenance, a Business Plan ($19.99/month) for comprehensive assets, maintenance, vehicles, fuel, and utility tracking, as well as modular optional Add-ons.

Auto-Renewal Notice

Subscriptions automatically renew on the billing anniversary date unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Payment is charged directly to your App Store or Play Store account at confirmation.
Manage and cancel subscriptions directly in your OS Settings (Subscribed items).

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to reverse-engineer the scheduling algorithm, scrape client data via automated bots, circumvent feature gates, or upload malicious files to Google Cloud Storage.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS". WE STRIVE FOR 100% RELIABILITY BUT DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE. ALL SCHEDULING AND LABOUR LAWS REMAIN THE RESPONSIBILITY OF WORKSPACE MANAGERS — ENSURE YOU REVIEW AUTOMATICALLY GENERATED SHIFT ROSTERS TO VERIFY LOCAL COMPLIANCE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CREWLOGIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INDIRECT OPERATIONS DISRUPTIONS. TOTAL LIABILITY FOR SYSTEM DEVIATIONS SHALL NOT EXCEED SUBSCRIPTIONS PAID OVER THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.
